WrapperZ™ -  Remember the Bubble Gum Chains ?


Currently  referred to as "Mexican Art" or "Candy Wrapper Purses" - this traditional weaving technique has been around for a long time and is used to create wonderful handbags and accessories.  It's Our Earth has created a great selection of handbags and accessories using this technique.

You can also find that this technique has been used to create Necklaces, Bracelets, Picture Frames, Baby Shoes, Belts, and even Baby Booties made from soft pack cigarette packages (see photo). This work is from our collection of prison art.

We have been making these purses and accessories since 2003 and have available the best selection of styles and colors.

What a wonderful use for unwanted wrappers whether they are post consumer or production misprints. We make frequent appearances at our local school "Eco-Clubs" to teach the kids this craft.  What a blast.
